Steven K. Breese, Excelsior Springs, Mo., passed away Dec. 13, 2015, at Bridgewood Health Care Center in Kansas City, Mo.
He was born in Independence, Mo., on Feb. 17, 1956. He was predeceased by his mother, Phyllis Artman.
Interment will take place at a later date.
