Corey Douglas Falconer, 26, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Sept. 16, 2018.
Corey was born on May 6, 1992. He grew up in Excelsior Springs and graduated in 2010.

During high school he was on the wrestling and cross-country teams. He also took as many art classes as he could. He attended Maple Woods Community College for one year.
Corey had several passions in life. He loved to skateboard. He spent as much time as he could at the skatepark. When it got too dark outside for him to skate he went home where he would draw or play video games. He was a fantastic artist. He loved to draw people, nature and mutant creatures. Corey also loved to fish. His favorite places were either at the lake or “Jake’s Pond.”
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Doug and Barbara Falconer and Leland Litle.
Corey is survived by his parents: Scott and Candi (Litle) Falconer; sister, Amy (Falconer) and brother-in-law, Zachary Brinker: niece, Jade Brinker; grandmother, Hazel Litle; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Services will be held Saturday, Sept. 22 at Hidden Valley Funeral Home of Excelsior Springs in Wood Heights. Visitation is from 10-11:30 a.m. with the funeral following at 11:30 a.m.
