Albert Grant Willis

Albert G. Willis, 81, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, passed away at Liberty Hospital Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2018.
Albert was born Oct. 30, 1937 in Fairland, Oklahoma to Albert E. and Fern (Dalton) Willis. Albert served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He later worked as a web printer.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Excelsior Springs.
Albert was preceded in death by his parents; daughters: Tammy Lynn Willis and Kathy Wright; and step-daughter, Peggy Lee.
Survivors include his wife: Peggy (Dye) Willis of the home; daughter: Debra Smith, of Polo, Missouri; son and daughter-in-law: Jim and Debbie Willis, of Lawson, Missouri; grandchildren: James, Frank and Jessi Smith, of Kansas, Brian and Tyler Willis of Lawson, and Kathy’s children: Jeremy and Daniel. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 10 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Excelsior Springs with Visitation from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will be at 2 p.m. at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, Missouri.
