George L. Hiser, 80, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri passed away Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2019. A celebration of life will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, March 9 at the Barbee Memorial Presbyterian Church located at 501 Tiger Drive in Excelsior Springs.
