Elmer “Smitty” Schmidt, 86, of Lawson, Mo. passed away May 17, 2016 at Northcare Hospice and Palliative Care.
A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. Saturday May 21, at Lawson Baptist Church. Full military honors were to follow.
Arrangements are through Hidden Valley Funeral Home of Lawson.
